Led and designed a future-state vision to expand One beyond core banking functions into a holistic financial wellness experience—combining user research, concept development, and hands-on design to define the product’s next phase.

Building toward the full promise of One

One had built a solid core around spending, saving, and shared money—but the brand promised something bigger: all your money, together in one place. The question was how to extend a focused banking app into a genuine financial wellness experience that could deliver on that promise.

Your money, all in one view

I led the vision work end to end—research into financial wellness needs and motivators, iterative concept testing from quick directional feedback through high-fidelity validation, and final design of a cohesive future-state experience that customers responded to strongly.

The center was the Financial Wellness dashboard—making it easier to visualize cash, credit, and shared money together in one place, then extending into a unified app direction ready for the next phase.
