I work hard to get design right for the people who need it: the strategy that holds up, the interaction that feels natural, the details that make something feel considered. I think across systems and I care about the craft. I’m most driven when there’s something meaningful to build.
The core of my recent work has been in fintech, financial services, and health tech. These are environments where details matter and users need to trust what’s in front of them before they’ll act. From financial advisors managing client goals to consumers understanding their health data, I’ve developed a love for making information clear and complex workflows intuitive.
Some of the most interesting work I’ve done lives at the intersection of brand, product, and service, where no single touchpoint can answer on its own. I’ve led programs that span from brand through product experience, worked on physical and digital products where the two needed to feel like one thing, and contributed to cross-disciplinary service design programs that mapped experiences across every human touchpoint.
Good design isn’t just a process or set of prompts—it’s a series of judgment calls. When to push, what to push, and how to reconcile tensions. That kind of judgment is earned over time, through real work with real people on real problems. I hold a high bar because clarity, consistency, and restraint are what make experiences trustworthy.
